By accessing and using VoiceScape Studios' services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
VoiceScape Studios provides professional audiobook recording, voice narration, and audio production services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.
3. Booking and Payment
- Studio bookings require advance payment or deposit
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund
- Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount
- Prices are subject to change without notice
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate project information and materials
- Arriving on time for scheduled sessions
- Respecting studio equipment and facilities
- Following studio policies and staff instructions
5. Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of their content. VoiceScape Studios retains the right to use project samples for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client projects and will not disclose project details without written permission.
7. Liability
VoiceScape Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Quezon City, Philippines.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
